Keep a way back into the space.
Digital documentation for exhibitions, installations, and culturally significant spaces. Record the relationships between rooms, artworks, and the place around them, while the experience is still there to capture.
Temporary exhibitions and installations change or disappear. A navigable spatial record gives future visitors a way to revisit the setting, move between viewpoints, and understand the relationships that individual photographs can leave out. We plan the documentation around the space, the work, and the people responsible for it.
Plan what needs to be preserved
Discuss the rooms, installation details, grounds, interpretive material, and views that matter to your archive. Panoramic photography and 3D capture serve different needs and can be combined where appropriate. Lighting, public access, fragile work, installation schedules, and any restrictions shape the capture plan.
Make the record useful to future visitors
An interactive web archive can connect spatial views with agreed labels, artwork information, images, or supporting media. We confirm the material you supply, credits, permissions, annotations, and navigation before assembly. The intended audience may be the public, a research team, or an institution with its own access requirements.
Agree on delivery and stewardship
A public experience and an institutional archive need a clear delivery plan. We discuss the agreed source or export files, ownership and reuse requirements, hosting term, backups, and future maintenance in the proposal. Long-term hosting is available as a scoped service; continued access is planned with the institution.
