These terms cover use of the Lumerse Studio website. Project work is governed by the proposal, scope, and agreement accepted for that engagement.

Website Use

The website is provided for informational purposes and project inquiries. Estimates shown by the Scope Builder are approximate and do not create a binding quote.

Project Engagements

Final pricing, deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, usage rights, and file delivery terms are defined in a written proposal or project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Site content, imagery, branding, and interactive demos are owned by Lumerse Studio or used with permission. Do not reproduce them without written consent.
