What Architectural Visualization and 3D Scanning Cost
Build work starts at $750 for an Express stills package, stepping up through Standard (from $1,800) and Plus (from $3,500) to a full VR experience from $6,500. On the Capture side, a Listing Capture starts at $1,200, residential scanning at $1,800, and commercial or historic documentation at $3,500.
Three things move the number: scope (stills, video, tours, or VR), square footage beyond each package’s included baseline, and the deliverables you need at the end — point clouds, as-built plans, BIM models, or hosted tours. Final pricing is always confirmed in a custom proposal before work begins.
